The annual band awards ceremony is quickly approaching, and we would like to make this a special time for all involved.

This year we would like to make the awards ceremony more personal and memorable so we want to have dinner too. To help minimize expenses for this function we are requesting that everyone bring a cover-dish and we can enjoy each others company while honoring our most special students.

This event will take place on Monday May 12, 2008 - 7:00 pm - at the CHS Cafeteria. We would like to make this year’s event special by providing dinner and are requesting that everyone bring a covered dish of some sort.  Please respond to Fran McCallister with the item that you plan to bring so we can keep track of what is needed for that evening. Please bring serving spoons etc. if needed with your food.

The band boosters will provide paper products, silverware, ice, and coolers.

Items needed include beverages (tea, water, soda), desserts, and entrees. We look forward to a wonderful evening. If you have questions please feel free to email or call John Pearson
