Jennifer Dewey-Isley

Director of Clayton High School Bands
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2018 with my Bachelors in Music Education. I have spent the last 8 years in Guilford County serving as the Director of Instrumental Music at Western Guilford High School from 2018-2023 and the Orchestra Director at Northern Guilford High school in the 2024-2025 school year. I have always been an active member in my County and District and served as the Central District's Treasurer for the NC Bandmasters Association. As a Clarinet Player and Woodwind Primary I love to perform and gig around the area in church services and Musical Pit Orchestras. My history with Colorguard and Marching Band extends back to 2010 where I was active for years and instructed throughout College. I am excited to continue my Education Career at Clayton!

Tony Crivello

Visual Director of Clayton High School Bands
I’m excited to be returning for my third year with the Clayton High School Marching Band as the Visual Director! Over the past few years, I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the students and staff and being a part of the program’s growth. As a two-time WGI World Champion, I’m excited to bring my own performance experience into the rehearsal process and help students become more confident, consistent, and expressive performers. One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing the progress students make throughout the season, both individually and as an ensemble. I’m looking forward to another great year of hard work, growth, and memorable moments with the Clayton High School Marching Band, and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together!

Clayton High School Bands - Color Guard Instructor
Hi! I'm Kristina Crivello, and I'm so excited to be back for my third year working with the Clayton High School Marching Band color guard! I graduated from Corinth Holders High School in 2024 and started color guard in 2020. Since then, I have loved every minute of it and am currently going into my third season with First Flight Winter Guard. When I'm not teaching or performing, I work at a daycare. In my free time, I love anything art-related and am working toward becoming a tattoo artist. I'm so grateful to be a part of this amazing program and can't wait to continue working with such a talented group of students!
